Sickness and life
I would like to start this post in a bit of a disgusting way. I HATE THROWING UP! So when I got my first case of food poisoning I got to reaffirm that thought in my mind. I'm on the mend now after a trip to the doctors and a crud load of Tiger Balm. Though the first night was HELL! Oh well these are the risks you take when you move to a country like this.OKay what's new since the last time I posted not to much. Although I think I am going to tell you all about a wonderful girl named Sarah that I have met here. She is kinda like my North American rock... (she says she is Slate or Limestone. Solid but soft)here. She lives in the same guest house as I do and we do alot together. It's weird though if we had met back at home we would never have been friends, well maybe friends but never would have hung out together. She is very sweet though and I care for her lots. We look out for each other! It's a nice feeling to have honestly, you can only take hanging out with UKer's and Aussies for so long. It's weird too as all the Canadians I know here are either from Edmonton or Calgary. Oh sorry there is one guy that I have met from London. I don't get it...Okay I have to finish later as I need to run for food now that I can eat again and stores open soon. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HUNGRY!!!!Hugs and Kisses, Me of course!

oro?for why am I being screened? :o
I hope you are feeling better now. Let me know. How much work did you have to miss because of the illness? Is your friend from Canada? Where abouts?loveMum
You know I love you sweet heart! Although to give you an example of what I mean, many people now when they meet me think I am from the UK as I have an odd accent now to my voice! A weird Canadian/British mix.
I have no idea???? I did not mean for anyone to be screened. I will try and fix that sweetie! How do I turn that off???
I missed one hour on Tuesday as the school sent me home. They were very sweet about it and said that they appreciated that I tried to stick out the day, but that as I was throwing up every 15-30 minutes to go home. Then I had a doctors note for Wednesday which the school fully understood. They were worried about me. Though I think I impressed them that I came to work on Tuesday even though I was horribly ill. As for Sarah, no she is not Canadian she is American. She is from a very small town in Penn. called Newville. She is 22 and here working at the Ministry of Culture and something, studying Klaing. Which means Kites of Cambodia. It is rather fascinating and she gets to talk to alot of interesting people, though it is sad to find out that as the rise of Capitalism is here, many of the old art/craft forms are dying out. Back to me, yes now I am feeling ten times better! I think I threw up what ever was in my system on Monday/Tuesday and then I spent Wednesday in bed. The people here at Angkorchey as well took very good care of me and made sure that I was okay at all times. It was very cute and sweet of them. Other then that though I am doing really well now.
